Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to help.

We offer a free reprint or a refund for damaged or defective products.

Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

Your order ID

Photo proof clearly showing the issue

Claims submitted without photo evidence or outside the 30-day window may not be eligible.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection

Buyer’s remorse

Color or design preferences

Ordering errors made by the customer
Orders are DTF prints, Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Lost in Transit or Invalid Address

If an order is lost in transit, a refund for the product price will be issued.

If an order is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, a refund for the product price will be issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DTF Print Return & Refund Policy​
All DTF transfer print sales are final. Because DTF prints are prepared for application and cannot be resold once handled, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong design, or application errors.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
A refund or replacement may be issued only if your DTF print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect DTF print

A photo of the packaging, when damage occurred during shipping
-
A brief description of the issue
Please do not press, use, alter, or discard the transfer before your claim is reviewed.

Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

Transfers that have already been heat pressed or applied

Incorrect application, temperature, pressure, pressing time, peeling, washing, or garment choice

Ordering the wrong size, color, or design
-
Minor color differences caused by screen display settings
-
Normal handling or storage damage after delivery

Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, we will offer either:

A replacement DTF print, or
-
A refund for the damaged or incorrect item
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
